PULSO is a naturally processed Brazilian coffee with a creamy body, gentle sweetness and the kind of familiar chocolate profile that works morning after morning. Drink it black for its soft caramel sweetness, or add milk and let the chocolate and roasted nut flavours take over. THE STORY PULSO is about rhythm. The repeated movement of weighing, grinding and brewing. The first cup of the morning, the pause between jobs and the familiar routine that helps the day move forward. BEHIND THE BEANS Sourced from Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, through the Café Delas programme, which supports and promotes coffees produced by women. The natural process helps build sweetness, body and a rounded chocolate character. We roast it in small batches in Whitminster to keep that profile smooth, balanced and easy to extract. HOW TO BREW IT PULSO is particularly well suited to espresso and milk-based drinks. Expect a syrupy, chocolatey espresso with a creamy body. In a flat white or latte, it becomes sweet and praline-like. It also works beautifully in a moka pot, AeroPress or cafetière. DETAILS
