The coffee changes. A different perspective on coffee. THIS PERSPECTIVE This edition comes from La Bolsa in Huehuetenango, one of Guatemala's most recognised coffee-growing regions. It is a clean washed coffee selected for its balance, soft nutty sweetness and smooth finish. As espresso, it produces toffee-like sweetness and a rounded body. As filter, the cup becomes cleaner, lighter and more delicate. HOW TO BREW IT PARALLAX Guatemala works across both espresso and filter. Use a standard 1:2 espresso ratio for a sweet, balanced shot. For V60 or AeroPress, allow the coffee to cool slightly before tasting, when the almond and nougat character becomes more noticeable. DETAILS
