Colombia Sugar Cane Decaf Milk chocolate · Brown sugar · Sweet orange Sweet, smooth Colombian decaf that tastes like proper coffee, not a substitute for it. KEIP has a full, comforting body with milk chocolate, brown sugar sweetness and a gentle orange finish. It works just as well in an evening espresso as it does in a slower morning cafetière. Smooth enough to drink black. Sweet enough to work beautifully with milk. THE STORY KEIP is built around one simple idea: Remove the caffeine. Keip what matters. The sweetness, body and character of the original coffee remain at the centre of the cup. It is decaffeinated coffee chosen and roasted with the same attention as every other FOCCO coffee. No separate category. No compromise. BEHIND THE BEANS Sourced from Piendamó in Cauca, Colombia, through Cooperativa de Caficultores del Cauca, also known as Caficauca. The cooperative has worked with local producers since 1961, helping growers access markets and bring their coffees together for processing and export. This coffee is decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane process, designed to remove caffeine while preserving as much of the coffee's natural sweetness and character as possible. HOW TO BREW IT KEIP works particularly well as espresso, moka pot, AeroPress or cafetière. For espresso, begin with a standard 1:2 ratio but expect to grind differently from a caffeinated coffee. Decaf beans are more porous, so small grind adjustments can make a noticeable difference. With milk, expect milk chocolate and brown sugar. Brewed black, the sweet orange finish becomes more noticeable. DETAILS
