Tacueyo

The master roasters at Farrer’s selected Colombia Tacueyo for its vibrant fruit character and beautifully balanced sweetness. When brewed, juicy notes of ripe berries and peach come through first, followed by bright grapefruit acidity and a smooth brown sugar finish. Its light roast makes it especially well suited to filter, pour-over or cafetière brewing and is best enjoyed black to appreciate its clean, lively flavour profile.
