Anita and Korra Venkat Rao’s farm is full of towering teak and silver oak trees that act as primary shade for the coffee plants whilst mango and papaya trees provide a secondary shade. In addition to coffee, their 2 acre farm is home to vigorous pepper vines. The farm’s deep, dark soil is perfect to nurture the carefully manicured coffee bushes and lush pepper vines. They produce a natural processed coffee that is rich and complex. Full bodied with notes of vanilla, spices, rum and a hint of pineapple on the finish. Suitable for all brewing methods, this is a very special coffee indeed.
