Easy Jose’s story starts with the Mayni , and this has been our signature coffee since the beginning. The coffee the Mayni Community harvests grows beneath the forest canopy, each bean carefully handpicked and subjected to a fully washed process, enhancing the natural flavours while minimising the impact on the environment. This method guarantees a vibrant cup of coffee that reflects the essence of the region, rich with notes of chocolate, honey, almond, and a hint of orange acidity.
