These conditions foster coffees with vivid acidity and fruity undertones. At Santa Rosa, sustainability is at the heart of everything. The coffee is shade-grown beneath the rainforest canopy—no slash-and-burn required—and post-harvest processes are carefully managed using polytunnels to maximise quality.
