Villa Betulia Papayo

Named after its unusual cherry shape that’s reminiscent of papaya fruit, Papayo arabica yields a unique and tropical cup profile. This micro-lot had a few days of aerobic fermentation before slow sun-drying, delivering exceptional, complex flavours. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
