Melao (Sugarcane Decaf

Melao is a 100% Pink Bourbon arabica blended from both washed and honey process methods. The key here is the Sugar Cane (EA) decaffeination method, where the specialty coffee beans are steamed and then rinsed for 10 hours in Ethyl Acetate, a natural compound derived from Colombian sugarcane and mountain water. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
