O Bruxo"(the Wizard) Sidra

Edinson Argote's washed sidra- the highest rated lot from the renowned Quebraditas farm in Huila, Colombia. When we cupped we were blown away by the depth and complexity of the floral notes in this coffee. Lavender, rose and citrus-like notes take centre stage. It's incredibly crisp, floral super sweet, clean and refreshing. "O Bruxo" is Portuguese for "the Wizard" and football fans may recognise this was the popular nickname for Ronaldinho, the legendary number 10 Brazilian who is also Edinson Argote's favourite footabller (local knowledge). Edinson is a wizard in his own right, taking the global coffee scene by storm with the incredible quality of his coffees with his advanced fermentation methods. The name is a little nod to his talents and notoriety in the scene.
