Okay, so this is a bit of a fun name. We're riffing on the green tea /sencha note and massively high altitude. But wow, this is a great coffee. Grown at a whopping 2400-2550m, the thin air contributes to the incredible complexity, sweetness and florals. Expect a seriously vibrant cup filled with jasmine, white peaches and even matcha-esque green tea/sencha notes that make this coffee a real joy to drink. A must buy for our washed coffee lovers. Grown by Bombe village smallholders in the Sidama region of Ethiopia and processed at the famous ALO washing station ran and founded by award-winning producer Tamiru Tadesse— we're proud to have this pick in our 2026 harvest of Ethiopian coffee.
