We love the soft, gentle rosey/citrusy florals in the cup that inspired the name of this floral and complex washed geisha with magnolia, bergamot, pineapple and cherry tomato in the cup. Demóstenes Tantaleán chases complexity and he definitely shows it here. This geisha undergoes a 36 hour fermentation to boost florals and complexity. Not the type of fermentation to create funky flavours, but more to accentuate what this great coffee has to offer.
