Apricot Glaze, Gotiti Washing Station 74110/74112

Strawberry laces and apricot sweetness with classic Ethiopian florals (jasmine, black tea) and even notes of honey and thyme in this wonderful wet washed lot from Gotiti washing station in the south region of Yirgacheffe. We've dialled this lot on our DR-12 a touch closer to medium light than our other Ethiopians to give it some body for espresso, but still plenty light enough for delicious filter. You could call it on the lighter side of omni, similar to Moon Peach or Liquid Lava if you enjoyed either of those from us last year. Makes for an elegant, moreish house coffee, or a batch that your baristas won't stop drinking (don't stop them they need it).
