We are delighted to present our latest Globetrotter coffee. Sourced through Cofinet, from a top farmer in Peru, Wilder Garcia. Wilder uses traditional farming practices and over 50 years of coffee growing knowledge passed down through generations. He works hard on his small 23-hectare farm to grow some of the world’s most desirable arabica varieties, including Giesha, Pacamara and Bourbon. A classic washed processing methods provides beautiful clarity in the cup, soft vanilla notes layered over date like sweetness and light black tea like body. We've kept the roast profile light, p erfect for a long pour over or cafetiere brew. SCA
