Rotutu

Following Emily’s wonderful and inspiring trip to Timor-Leste last July, we have been building a closer relationship with KARST Organics and their farmer partners in Letefoho. This year we are delighted to secure a small amount of their beautiful, natural-processed coffee from the Rotutu farmer group led by Fransisco De Deus. With a light to medium roast profile, it's perfect for manual brewing, with tasting notes of grapefruit marmalade, a caramel sweetness and a touch of cinnamon.
