This is our most popular signature blend, creating a rich and intense espresso whilst still working well across all other brew methods. The darker roast profile creates body and sweetness whilst still displaying oodles of character unique to origin. We buy speciality grade coffee direct from East Timor and Honduras, having built up long-term relationships. Both Hatutei and COMSA are organic and COMSA is also Fairtrade.
