This is our second signature blend, with a very different character to Dark Horse, but again working well across all brew methods. Expect brightness and fruity notes. A lighter roast profile creates a pleasant acidity and more delicate body. Balance is created with careful blending of both natural and washed coffees, currently from Ethiopia, Colombia and Brazil. We buy direct, or through trusted trading partners. This coffee may evolve as the year goes round as we introduce seasonal guest coffees, too.
