'Au Naturel', our cold brew blend, is back! A beautiful blend of natural processed coffees from Vermelha Mantiquera (Brazil) and La Cabana (Colombia). It's balanced, sweet and nutty with some wilder fruity notes. Expect the blend to evolve as we bring in more naturals. Natural coffees are processed without water, simply dried in the sun in the whole fruit before hulling to remove the seed. The flavours are often sweeter, wilder and more complex. We love them. Cold brew involves steeping coarse ground coffee for 18 hours in cold water to slowly extract all the desirable compounds for an intense concentrate that can be diluted with water or milk and served over ice for a delicious iced coffee.
