Solero // Pineapple // Mango // Tangfastics Bright, tropical, and unapologetically juicy. This is the kind of coffee that stops you mid-sip — ripe pineapple and mango up front, a Solero sweetness through the middle, and a finish that lingers like a handful of Tangfastics. It's exuberant without being loud, and it's one of the most fun naturals we've had through the roastery. Diofanor Ruiz was born into coffee. Raised on the slopes of Buenavista, Quindío, he's been farming La Divisa since 2005 — a 14-hectare plot at 1,950 m.a.s.l. that he's shaped into something genuinely special. Alongside his coffee trees, Diofanor has planted bananas, mandarins, guava, and native shade trees — Guamo and Guayacanes — building a living agroforestry system that gives back as much as it takes. It was a single sip of his own coffee in 2005 that changed everything. That moment of realisation — that quality matters, that flavour is worth chasing — has driven every decision at La Divisa since. Working with Cofinet from 2017, Diofanor has refined his processing year on year. This natural lot is the proof.
