Deliciously sweet and silky special preparation lot of SL28, SL14 and Nyasaland varieties, produced by Gardens team in Sironko District, Uganda. During processing the cherry skin with mucilage (pulp) that is removed when de-pulping is then added back into the tank to ferment together with the coffee for 23hrs before it is washed and dried.
