Finca La Laja DECAF
The Mexico Mountain Water Decaf comes from the Finca La Laja farm, a single estate near Huatusco, Veracruz, at an altitude of 1,100 metres. The farm, owned by the Sampieri family for three generations, is certified for sustainable production. The coffee undergoes the Mountain Water Process (MWP) by DESCAMEX, which uses pure glacier water from Mexico's highest mountain to gently remove caffeine while retaining the beans' original flavour profile. This is an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys a stronger-tasting decaf with depth and smoothness in every cup. It works beautifully as an espresso and performs equally well in bean-to-cup machines or a moka pot. The deep chocolate notes also make it ideal for milk-based drinks such as lattes and cappuccinos.
