Ethiopia Gotiti Washed Process Eva Gotiti Wet Coffee Processing Station is a coffee washing facility located in the South Region of Ethiopia, within the Gedeo Zone, Gedeb Wereda, Gotiti Kebele. Established in 2022 on a two-hectare plot of land, the station has steadily developed since its inception and has long-term plans for further expansion, including the sourcing of underground water, installation of artificial dryers, site enlargement, and the addition of solar tunnels. The station employs six permanent staff members, six seasonal workers, and 244 temporary workers, collectively processing around 500–600 tons of coffee cherry each year from 868 local farmers and their small coffee gardens. The primary varieties cultivated are 7454, 74110, 7440, and 74112, grown at elevations between 2,000 and 2,100 metres above sea level. The coffee produced at Eva Gotiti is fully washed and achieves an impressive cup score of 88, celebrated for its vibrant and layered flavour profile. Expect notes of blueberry and green apple, complemented by the delicate aroma of jasmine and balanced sweetness of brown sugar and vanilla. Packed and supplied in 100% recyclable bags.
