A clean, balanced Caturra offering brown sugar sweetness, green fruit acidity, and a smooth body. Elzer Garcia started growing coffee in 2015. He noticed that coffee plants were thriving on nearby land and decided to plant 100 plants on his plot. This first experiment was a success and prompted him to plant around 7,000 plants covering nearly two hectares. The Pajuro trees already present on his farm served as an excellent source of natural shade. We’re pleased to have discovered his coffee about a decade after his project began.
