Discovery

A crisp, light-bodied Milenio with dried fruit notes and a long finish. This coffee was grown under the care of producer Johnnathan Camacho; a descendant of one of the first growers in the West Valley. His primary occupation is as a doctor, but he has held onto his family’s passion for coffee production. He has chosen to grow Milenio, an F1 hybrid of the Ethiopian landrace Sudan Rume and T5296, a high-yielding rust resistant cultivar.
