The Novice Coffee Blend – Smooth, Caramel & Dark Chocolate Notes The Novice Blend uses a combination of speciality Arabica beans hand-picked in Brazil, El Salvador and India. A lovely, full-bodied, sweet caramel flavoured blend with low acidity. For milk-based coffees, the Novice Blend is perfect due to its smooth, sweet, creamy finish. Our most popular blend, if, like us, you like milk in your coffee. This is the perfect balance. Tims notes: It's a great coffee for milk-based drinks, really well balanced, so much so that I do find myself drinking it black using a French Press and sometimes with a dash of milk. It's a really versatile coffee, not too potent but has got a nice kick to get you going. And if I do want a little extra then I'll turn to the Not So Novice blend. Beans: 100% Arabica
