El Salvador Single Origin Coffee – Mild, Sweet Plum & Chocolate From the Las Isabellas farm, our El Salvadorian coffee is a mixture of Pacamara and Bourbon. Las Isabellas sits at an altitude of 1200 to 1450 MASL (Metres Above Sea Level). Located on the south face of Cerron Grande of Apaneca, in the west of El Salvador. 175 acres of natural springs, forests and waterfalls not only make Las Isabellas sound idyllic, it is also the perfect location for coffee crops. Jose Roberto Santamaria, the manager, is dedicated to managing the farm and mill and dedicated to producing outstanding coffee. Las Isabellas is also Rainforest Alliance certified. All of this combines to make a lovely, mild, delicious coffee with notes of plum and chocolate. Beans: 100% Arabica
