La Jaquima comes from Huila, Colombia, one of the world's best coffee growing regions. It is grown by a cooperative of smallholder farmers, many of them working farms of less than 5 hectares, using the Castillo Caturra variety. Washed processed, it delivers a clean, well rounded cup with notes of citrus, chocolate and caramel.
