One for fruit fans but with a lovely sweet creamy aftertaste. Cherries, stone fruits, nectarine/orange are just some of the amazing characters of this coffee with a lively acidity. This is a beautiful, surprising espresso and sweet brewed coffee. It is combination of Ethiopia Rocko Mountain Natural Process paired with a Fully Washed Colombia Finca Mercedes. Sensational coffees individually, that together produce a wow factor in the cup. We are roasting this at a lighter medium/medium roast in order to maintain the fruity characters of these coffees.
