A fully washed coffee from Colombia This coffee was produced by 52 smallholder coffee producers hailing from the neighbouring sub-municipalities of Pedregal and San Antonio. Every single microlot delivered was cupped and reserved due to its scoring 85 points or above by the community cupping lab. Flavour Notes of Mandarin, Stonefruit, Toffee The cup opens with vibrant citrus notes of mandarin, which gradually soften into a smooth stone fruit character. The finish is rich and sweet, with hints of brown sugar that leave a lingering, toffee like mouthfeel.
