Night Jam (Half Caff Blend

This was a wildly popular release when we roasted last December, and since had many questions asking when it would be returning. Well it's back, and it's a little different this time round. We have blended a 50/50 mix of a sugarcane decaf from El Buho in Colombia and La Picona from Nueva Segovia in Nicaragua. The result is a super smooth profile, with the El Buho adding sweet figs and a syrupy body with the indulgence of chocolate mousse and juicy cherries that La Picona brings. Full mug of coffee, half the caffeine. Enjoy this later in the afternoon without compromising on sleep and flavour. Component #1: La Picona, anaerobic natural, Nicaragua
