We source this lot through Falcon Specialty from the Cocatrel Cooperative in Três Pontas — now the second-largest cooperative in Brazil. The blend, known as Caixa de Fruta, brings together coffees from the Carmo de Cachoeira area. Each component is carefully selected by the cupping team at the Cocatrel Direct Lab for its creamy chocolate depth and vibrant red fruit character, earning its place in this profile-driven blend. In the cup we are tasting Layered chocolate, stewed plums, and a velvety mouthfeel.
