We combine Caturra and Catuai varieties in a medium level roast to create this finely balanced coffee with good acidity, liquorice notes and a tangy aroma for full bodied richness. Roberto’s farm is now part of our Regenified certified supply chain, reflecting his commitment to regenerative agriculture and our dedication to sourcing coffees that actively restore soil health, biodiversity and farming resilience. We have visited his farm on three occasions since 2008, as well as welcoming him to the UK three times, most recently in autumn 2024.
