Description A decaffeinated blend made using Swiss Water arabica coffees Tasting notes: Nutty, sweet, creamy The Swiss Water process begins with Green Coffee Extract which is created by soaking beans in pure water. Green coffee is first pre-soaked and cleaned for preparation. Then, circulation of the green coffee beans with Green Coffee Extract draws the caffeine out of the beans and into the GCE.
