COFFEE MADE PERFECT Origin may change with the seasons, Our Premium Decaf coffee is small batch roasted in our Artisan Coffee Roastery to a roast. This 100% Arabica Single Origin is Decaffeinated with the chemical free Mountain Water Process. Mountain Water Process is a method of indirect decaffeination. This method is done by DESCAMEX (Descafeinadores Mexicanos), which uses pure water from Pico de Orizaba—the highest mountain in Mexico. The process begins with a chemical analysis to determine optimal conditions, and then the beans are steamed and prepared for extraction. The extraction process uses a water-based saturated solution that removes the caffeine while keeping the coffee's flavour compounds in place.
