The beans used in the medium roast Stocking Filter are from Honduras and Guatemala which are the Yellow Honey Catuaí, Bourbon and Caturra varietals. Natural and washed, these coffee beans are wonderfully diverse and can be used in espresso as well as V60. They have been grown at an altitude of 1350 - 1850
