Our Honduran coffee beans are harvested at their optimum ripeness and handled in Cooperativa Cafetalera Capucas Limitada (Cocafcal) or Capucas as they are better known, which is situated on and around the Celaque mountain, the highest peak in Honduras. Tasting Notes Creamy milk chocolate, bright citrus, and a delicate hint of demerara sweetness.
