​Brazil ElDorado Farm and its origin: Eldorado Farm is in the Alta Mogiana region in São Paulo, Brazil. The farm is at a high altitude and the weather in the region is tropical, characterised by wet, humid summers and short dry winters which makes it a fantastic climate for coffee growing and is why it is home to many award winning coffees. is ethically sourced from the Eldorado Farm which consists of 7 plots. The Farm is known for having very sweet coffees as it uses Honey processing method which is when the beans are stripped of their pults but not washed and left in the sun to soak up the sweet flavours from the fruit still attached to the beans In 2001, Mr Laerce Franca Faleiros who owns the farm founded the Cooperative de Cafeicultores de Ibaraci - Cocapil, where the coffees are received, prepared and stores in the family's warehouse. Working only with fine and specialty coffees, the cooperative is able to promote the farms as a Direct Trader with 100% traceability in the warehous
