Fairy Floss

A blend of two incredible, and very different, speciality Ethiopian coffees, each processed differently: one natural and one washed. Thinking intense red forest fruits with notes of dark chocolate. Orange & Blueberry acidity. Medium body with a long sweet aftertaste. Excellent in filter or espresso.
