Our first offer from Timor Leste, a long time coming and certainly worth the wait. Early in the KOTA journey we met with Kar Yee and Stewart of Karst Organics, their diligent and caring approach was clear from the outset and their brilliant work at source, transparency and integrity sit perfectly with our values. Cristo Liurai is produced by a 24-farmer cooperative and achieves a beautiful clarity and balance of delicate flavours. Roasted on the light side to suit filter and very light espresso.
