Grown high in the volcanic soils of Guatemala's Santa Rosa valley, this coffee benefits from a slow ripening process that concentrates flavour in the cup. Sourced above 1,300 metres and classified SHB (Strictly Hard Bean), it's fully washed for clarity and finished to European Preparation standard — hand-sorted to remove defects and foreign material. The result: a clean, complex cup from one of Guatemala's finest growing regions.
