Val del Cauca

Colombia Produces approximately 8% of coffee worldwide, offering diverse tasting profiles per region. With a production area of around 100 hectares, la Rochela grows a wide range of varieties, from Caturra to Geisha, Java, Pacamara, and Yellow Bourbon. These trees all benefit from the high altitudes in the region, which range from 1,400 to 1,600 masl.
