This Typica and Bourbon is one of our favourites from the state of Aragua. Hacienda La Unión is part of the mother project called "Casa de Paya" which is a large finca that is dived into smaller farms including La Unión, and each managed by a different coffee farmer. This amazing coffee is brews great in espresso based drinks and works perfectly with milk.
