They ensure production and processing are held to the highest quality standards, by doing all the work themselves, with the help of their two other siblings. This lot went through a 50-hour aerobic fermentation in cherry plus a 50-hour aerobic fermentation depulped. The result is a deliciously complex, vibrant and sweet cup!
