Stretching ninety-six miles from Milngavie to Fort William, it draws adventurers from near and far, all seeking the quiet magic of lochs, forests, moorland and mountain shadows. As roasters based just a stone’s throw from the trail, we see its pilgrims daily. We wave them on, tempt them with promises of fresh coffee, and share in the spirit of the journey. This roast is our homage to that spirit. We’ve brought together a thoughtful blend of beans from India, Brazil and Ethiopia, each chosen for the depth, warmth and character they bring to the cup. Slow-roasted in small batches here in Killearn, the profile has been refined again and again until it captured exactly what we hoped for: a comforting richness, an indulgent crema, and a full, satisfying mouthfeel that lingers just long enough.
