MARMALADE, FLORAL, SWEET, JUICY. A Centroamericano F1 variety (a hybrid of Sarchimor and Rume Sudan), processed as a natural from the Robelo family in Aquiares, Costa Rica. It’s super complex, moreish and full of depth. Cherries are placed on patios for 2-3 days pre-drying then moved to raised beds for further drying of around 10 days. Finally, the coffee is dried in guardiola for 1 day to complete the process. Cover artwork by DR.ME Studio. Whole bean coffee only.
