La Ilusion: SL-28

Sweet, with a rich acidity & a creamy bodyl. It’s always a delight to bring you a coffee from La Ilusion, grown by the very skilled and dedicated farmer, Ernesto Menendez. This SL28 showcases the beauty of the variety. We have enjoyed Ernesto Menendez's coffee since we opened in late in 2009, and have had many of his coffees on our list since then.
